Our Clampdown shirt made in collaboration with Faribault Woolen Mill Co. using the same recycled wool they use to make their iconic Utility blankets. Made from a combination of leftover virgin wool fiber and sewing scraps spun into recycled yarn, the unique look comes from all the different colored fibers. Denim accents and corozo dyed to match buttons. 75% recycled wool/25% nylon. Made in San Francisco, Calif.
Well constructed. Fits true to size. The fabric is a bit lighter weight than what I was anticipating, but because it’s wool still provides warmth and is a great shirt for the fall weather we are already having.
Bought an XL a few weeks ago and it fits perfectly for me. I wear a XXL in the blanket jean jacket. Material is really nice, not scratchy at all. Keeps me warm and I live in Northern Ca. I have many wool and flannel shirts from Filson, Taylor Stitch, Iron Heart etc - but this one is in my main rotation. May buy another color.
