What is sandblasting
Sandblasting is a process used to give jeans a distressed and pre-worn look. During this process, workers shoot abrasive sand onto denim jeans under high pressure. However, this process can be hazardous towards workers’ health because it can lead to silicosis and lung disease in general because the process of sandblasting puts a lot of harmful dust particles in the air.
