What are whiskers
Whiskers on jeans refers to the faded crease lines seen around the front pocket area of jeans.
Whiskers can appear either through natural wear (our preference) or at a commercial denim laundry through several methods, most commonly hand sanding. Accurately replicating natural whiskers is one of the most difficult challenges faced by denim laundries and is the most obvious sign that a jean has been manipulated to look old.
