A NOTE FROM PETE & TONY

These dyed coverall jackets take a ton of work to get made. Cut and sew it in San Francisco, pick them up in my van and drive them up to Novato to get dyed, drive them back to the factory in SF so they can put the hardware on and take the wrinkles out, pick them back up and bring them back to our HQ to pack up and sell to our customers.

We were tempted to lean away from these a few years ago but damn, they keep selling well so we are happy to keep bouncing around the Bay Area to keep our dyed coverall jackets in stock. Plus, these drives back and forth give me a chance to check in with my 80 year old mom in Reno and see how her pickleball game is going.

With that mix of news, we just refilled our shelves with our green bull denim coverall jackets.

Enjoy and thanks for your support,

    A+

I was looking for a MiUSA chore jacket, and this one immediately jumped out at me. The sunglasses and newspaper pockets take it to the next level, in terms of style and utility. Price is imminently fair. And hey--free pencil! I look forward to buying more clothes from Tellason. For reference, I am 6'1", 195 pounds and ordered a large. It fits nicely, with enough room for a few light layers underneath.

I think this work jacket design is the best ever. I hope the Tellason enters Korean clothing market more actively. Trendy Asian fit please!

    Practical, Quality Piece

I've been a Tellason fan for 15 years and I'm not sure what took me so long to purchase this jacket. I try to buy pieces that are practical for my lifestyle. I'm always walking around with so many things in my pockets, especially when traveling. This jacket has room for them all and allows me to not dump everything in one pocket and then have to rummage around for it. The quality/build of the jacket is top notch, just as I'd expect from Tellason. I'm 5'9 175lbs and the L fits great, with room for a sweater underneath. The dark green color is even more rich in real life. Absolutely love it.

So mad I got this in late spring when the weather is turning because I'm trying to wear it every day. I've been looking for the perfect chore coat and this is it. 6', 195 lbs, 34 waist and the large fits perfectly!

    High Quality, Great Look

Jacket is extremely high quality and looks great. I’m 6’2” 240lbs and went with an XL based on the fit guide. Fit is loose enough to accommodate 1-2 layers. Chest on the one I received is 1.25 in wider in the chest than on fit guide and sleeve is 1.5 inches longer than fit guide. That said, with a sleeve cuff, it isn’t comically large but I would size down, especially if you’re not looking to layer.

    A Worthy Variant

Posted by Dustin C. on 3rd Jan 2025

Bought this after 16.5oz. version (M). I'm 5'7", about 165 lbs. with broad shoulders (40R in a suit jacket), and ordered a Large per the sizing chart. I'm glad I did. Compared to the 16.5 oz version it feels broken in, and somehow more subtle, the green and softness giving it a hint of an Army surplus jacket. As a statement piece, I think the 16.5oz has more pop, but I don't regret having this as an alternative at all, and am considering the International Orange as well; the cut/pocket is just that good.

    Green Coverall Jacket

6’1”, 170, slim. Originally ordered the Large but exchanged for the Medium. There’s a lot of difference in the two sizes. The L was too big across the stomach and chest and needed a layer or two to fit correctly. The M is somewhat tight in the shoulders and slightly short in the arms, but works with just a single long or short sleeve shirt underneath. With that said, the jacket is great. The look, style and fit are fantastic. Love the really dark green color. Not sure what I’ll do with all the pockets, but they look cool. Would definitely recommend.
