I’m a woman who has a hard time finding high end work wear. I am 5’ 10”, 150#, full bust 42”. I can usually get away with a men’s medium. I bought this in the men’s large and it *just* fits. It is beautifully made with top quality denim. I do think this runs a little small but a size bigger would be clownish on me. The sewing is excellent.
