Let's start with the Ladbroke Grove fit. Way back in the day, when we had one thing to sell (John Graham Mellor Slim Straight Jean), shipping everything out of Tony's garage, our Dutch friends at Tenue de Nimes suggested we take that fit and taper it from the knee down. Easy peasy.
Our pattern maker, Pam, probably could have done this in her sleep. So just like that, the Ladbroke Grove Slim Tapered Jean was born. No need to carry on about what the tapered leg vs straight leg battle is all about. You get this by now, so let's talk about how good this fit is when you cut it in black selvedge denim.
We have been doing this for years and since our proprietary black selvedge fabric is trickier to always have stock available, we don't offer this as our "Item of the Week" very often. That is not the case today. Tony cut a bunch of this Ladbroke Grove jean in our black denim so why not offer this to you as our "Item of the Week". All sizes available and yours with a 20% discount.
