Item of the Week

Check out our "Item of the Week". On sale through Friday at midnight.

Following up on the success of our work pants in desert sand canvas, we decided to offer the same fit in black rinsed canvas. We’ve all heard the term “canvas” in reference to fabrics forever.

Continuing our fabric history series, “canvas” originates from the 13th century Anglo-French term "canevaz," which is derived from the Latin "cannapaceus," meaning "made of hemp", and ultimately from the Greek word "kannabis" for hemp.

Historically, it referred to a sturdy cloth made from hemp, but today it encompasses various durable materials used in art and other applications.

In this case the “other application” is our 100% cotton rinsed canvas from Italy. We’re happy to offer you our black canvas work pants as our “Item of the Week” with a 20% discount through Friday.
