Tellason Stock

We realize that not everyone cares about antique shuttle looms and selvedge denim. We would like to think that most men do care about the country of origin when it comes to blue jeans. To that end, we are offering Tellason Stock -- made in San Francisco, California from 14 oz. non-selvedge sanforized Cone Mills denim.

The main difference between Tellason and Tellason Stock is the fact that our Tellason Stock fabric is made on a modern machine rather than vintage shuttle looms.  Simply put, this beautiful fabric we use for Tellason Stock cost less than our customized selvedge fabrics, and it is our intention to pass the savings on to our customers. 

Tellason Stock is available in two jean fits and two denim jackets-

Jeans:

  • Slim Tapered
  • Straight Leg

Jackets:

  • Coverall
  • Classic Jean Jacket

Tellason Stock

We lived an incredible and simple life as kids growing up in suburban, Southern California. It was a modest existence and my sister and I appreciated everything we had, albeit, what we had was a lot less than kids possess today.

I had no interest in losing anything of mine so I put my name on everything that would not catch fire with my wood burning wand. It had a cork handle and several options of brass tips that would offer various markings. I stuck with the one that left a mark about the size of a dull pencil and did not limit myself to putting my name just on wooden toys. In the end, my name was burned in plastic stuff (which reeked when the smoke hit my olfactory system) and my baseball glove.

Point being, this "less is more" mentality never left our mindset. Today, we don't flood Tellason with fringe or extra gravy and just focus on meaningful styles that are made well and can last a long time. Styles that when you stumble on a photo of yourself wearing one of our jackets or pants 20 years from now, you may think to yourself, "I would be happy to wear that today".

Our fatigue pants absolutely fit into this approach and are happy to offer our straight leg option as our "Item of the Week". It has a zip fly, patch pockets on the front and back, and side buttons if you need to adjust them a smidge.
