what a nice shirt ! photos dont do it justice. XL was the ideal fit for me...perfect for the Canadian tuxedo look, i fit right in at the tim hortons parking lot!!!
I'm 5'10" 185 and athletic, 33" waist. Large fits perfect. No baggy and not too tight so as to be restrictive.
Great quality material and sewing. Runs small. I am 5'10" and 170 pounds and by no means an XL but that's what I am wearing. That said, I am not a denim obsessive: I wanted to be able to beat the tar out of this shirt and throw it in the washer and dryer like I did growing up with US made 501s. However even with minimal shrinkage due to this being sanforized it fits just right. The large would have been too small. These also seem quite narrow at the points of the shoulders.
My 6th Tellason piece. Everything has been said about this shirt. It is a great looking and feeling shirt. Not flashy, not fashionable but excellent quality, just enough workwear looking and attention to details. I apologise for the carbon dioxide related to the shipment from San Francisco to a country in Europe. I will continue to be a vegetarian as compensation. I do not mind.
Well made and light weight, perfect for the workshop or layering! The guys at Tellason have delivered again!
I love everything about the shirt (fit, fabric weight, pockets etc), except the length. The front of the shirt is several inches shorter than the back of the shirt. If it was the same length all the way around it would be 5 stars.
i have been eyeing this shirt for quite some time now, while being insanely skeptical about the hype that was going on about it in both social media and site reviews. This BF I bit the bullet and got one for myself. Guess what the hype is real. Can everything be perfect in a shirt? yes it can and this is it. Perfect fit, amazing fabric. everything just feels right on this shirt.
After regular wear for over 9 years, this is hands down (still) my favorite shirt. It's the one you'll keep reaching for. Perfect year-round weight. Even bought an extra one that's still waiting to be broken in someday. Mine is the old Cone Mills fabric (RIP), but looking forward to the Japanese denim.
What a gorgeous garment! I foresee wearing it 'til it wears out (which with Tellason stuff will probably be a while) and immediately replacing it with another. And, just the right amount of detail. Thanks from this lefty.
