This is an extremely well made, gorgeous jacket. I love everything about it, except if I had to do it over again I would have *sized down*. I am 6' 1'' 160lbs, chest 39/40 and I got a medium, which is my normal size, but I could have gone with a small. I was surprised by both the length (It's a good two-to-three inches longer than I would have expected for a trucker, and I'm not short) and the overall fit (which feels more like a "large" now that I've worn it). At the end of the day it's my fault for not listening to my inner voice that just couldn't grasp that a medium would be potentially too big! That all said, the jacket is really a fantastic, heirloom piece that you won't be disappointed with if you dial-in the sizing correctly...
