A NOTE FROM PETE & TONY

People work hard to give the world the impression that things are peaches on the outside. Comb that hair just right (if you have it). Wash that car if you have the time (a coat of Turtle Wax if you have extra time). Smile pretty even though you may want to throw your desk out of the window. The reality is you need to sort out the inside, sort out the stuff you cannot see.

This interior work keeps things humming and in the end, a good long life can be had, which is the point sometimes. After all, someone you respect may be stepping into that waxed car of yours. Opinions can change quickly once they have to flick those fries off their seat and simultaneously wonder why there is one of those plastic dental flossers wedged in the air vent, with what looks to a little corn in there taking a nap.

A tough transition here but somehow, we think about the details, both visible and hidden, when we make a jacket or a pair of jeans. Be thoughtful every step of the way and take care of the inside as well as outside. Our blanket lined coverall jacket is a perfect example of this process and as simple as it is, we put a lot of minerals into this coat and are happy to offer it to you.

Enjoy and thanks for your support,

    Super happy

Posted by Jesse on 21st Sep 2024

After doin some research online I ordered a medium but as soon as I received the jacket I realized I needed a large. The guys at Tellason emailed me back right away and the return process was quick. I just received my jacket in size large and it fits perfect. The length is great and I’m able to wear the jacket alone or with a hoodie underneath. The quality is great and I’m really excited to wear this jacket through the fall into winter around my homestead

    Awesome Coverall Jacket

Posted by Mark on 12th Mar 2024

This jacket is extremely nice and fits to a Tee. I have a few Tellason Pieces, including the Wool lined Denim Jacket, 14oz Stock Coverall and now the Wool Lined Coverall. I love all of them. The current Coverall has a tailored fit. I have a large and I’m still able to layer it. I also tried it on with just a tee and I did not itch. The sleeves are nylon and the body is wool. I love this jacket already, just received it today and can’t wait to wear it! Pete does an awesome job with the video showcase. Thanks Tony for the personal thank you!

Just the jacket I was looking for

Posted by Ethan on 29th Jan 2024

I received my blanket lined coverall from Tellason and was immediately impressed by the quality of the garment. The denim feels nice and is a great looking dark blue. I really like the assortment of pockets that allow me to carry everything from my pocket notebooks, wallet, snacks, and what not. The large pocket is especially nice for holding bigger items like my coffee mug if I need to go hands free. I really liked going for a larger size as it allows me to layer very comfortably on cold days, yet also giving me the flexibility to look great just throwing the jacket over a flannel. Sizing a little larger also makes it really comfortable to move around in without feeling restricted. I can’t wait to see how this breaks in the years to come and I’m really happy I ended up going with Tellason for a denim jacket. I’m 6’2, 160lb, with fairly broad shoulders and ended up going with a large after trying on the medium as well. Highly recommend this jacket and Tellason as a whole as their customer service was top notch.

    A Legacy Piece

6'1" & 165lbs, the Medium fits perfectly. It is roomy enough to fit a sweatshirt underneath but doesn't feel empty without an additional layer. The pictures don't do it justice, it's a gorgeous piece of work and feels incredible. I hope to pass this one down to another generation.

    Love this jacket.

It’s not that it’s rare that an item of clothing can be transcendent, especially in the world of denim these days, but this jacket really is. Wear it w a fitted ball cap and you’re suddenly repping south central (that’s where NWA came from), or you’re a hip-hop/sneaker head. Rock a skull cap and you’re a trucker/carpenter/biker/maker, etc… Pair it w an oilskin Barbour hat and you’re a banker, architect, whatever. It’s iconic in all the right ways. The attention to detail and the crispness of line allow all these interpretations. Tailored Selvedge is what it is. At its roots, it’s workwear and this jacket is bleepin’ tough. It presents almost like a motorcycle jacket w armored padding it’s so structured. This, of course, is due to the gorgeous 16.5 oz selvedge denim it’s made of - this stuff is bulletproof!! It practically wears itself if you catch my drift. It’s gonna take a lot of wearing to break in and develop those wrinkles and color shifts that selvedge is known for, but I’m down for the journey. The lining works super well to maintain your body heat while not making you hot if that makes sense. It also cuts the wind right out of the equation. As to sizing, I am 5’ 10”, 175 lbs, 44” chest and I got a XL. I have to wear the cuffs folded up, but I get to add layers comfortably. I initially got a L, but it fit like a shirt which wasn’t what I was looking for. I live in NYC and have gotten so many appreciative head nods from across the style/gender spectrum wearing this coat - I’m stoked on it!! This bad boy has it’s own mojo - nuff said.

Stallar! Reminds me of a jacket that my father had. Sturdy, fitted perfectly, and will last. I eyed it for years and am glad that I finally pulled the trigger.

    Nice insulated selvage jacket

This is a great work coat. Wool insulation in the body really makes a difference. And Im sure the selvage is going to fade
