Wish they were a little cheaper, but they’re worth every penny. I am planning a second pair of these black ones and a pair of the 16 oz ones as well soon. I also own a jacket from this company and all is quality. Love the fit, material, etc. I rarely review. I’m looking for a page on how to wash them because I still haven’t and I’ve had these jeans for quite a while now lol. Like a few years. Embarrassing but I swear they don’t smell haha
Super high quality, crafted jeans, supreme attention to detail, the fit was perfect. The passion, and their obsession for everything denim truly comes through on the product. The Japanese Selvedge has become my go to jeans for both casual and smart. The over experience from the App to the Web, from the ordering process to delivery just made it a tremendous experience, it's a brand you can truly trust.
I own two pairs of Gustaves (these black Japanese selvedge ones, and a pair of the standard indigo 14.75oz ones I purchased a few years ago), and they're the jeans I wear literally everyday. I don't know if there's a stronger endorsement I can give than that. I'll keep buying Gustaves every few years as long as Pete and Tony keep making them.
