Our Coverall jacket, originally designed by Jay Alaimo in Brooklyn as part of a collaboration back in 2011, has been produced in many different fabrics over the years. The garment dyed versions in international orange and green are mainstays in our line. The jacket is also available in our four proprietary, selvedge denim fabrics.
Several months ago I was in Okayama, Japan, and saw a striking mustard yellow, 11.5oz denim, raw, but relatively soft. Of course, my mind went straight to the Coverall jacket (never to jeans with a color like this!).
Once the fabric arrived in San Francisco it was immediately put into the cut and sew lines and we're proud to offer this Limited Edition, mustard Coverall jacket, as our “Item of the Week” with a 20% discount through Friday.
I wonder if the Bay Area competitive eating legend, Joey Chestnut, given his hot dog-centered life, will pick one up since we call the color "mustard"?
