There is a picture of me with hair down to my shoulder, next to a campfire, wearing a brown, plaid flannel shirt. The year was 1980 and I was about three years into my entire fashion and music scene, that still rings true for me today.
Here is a little cut and paste of our brand philosophy that is living large in my brain as I type this:

Growing up in California, skateboarding and listening to punk music, we’re inspired by the mindset prevalent in those circles in that era. With that in mind, we focus our attention on high-quality basics, devoid of frills and embellishments. Get dressed and move on.”
Get dressed and move on. That is exactly it. Don't overthink this fashion hustle. Grab some well made goods and get out the door. Our " Item of the Week" definitely fits into this idea of ours. The new Clampdown, brown plaid, flannel shirt is a style we all understand and have worn with pride and comfort since we were kids. We cut our flannels ever so slightly larger than our non flannel shirts to allow for layering and/or shrinkage if they end up in the dryer.
