Jean Jacket made from our 16.5 oz proprietary Kaihara Japanese raw selvage denim (sanforized). Two exterior side pockets, two chest pockets and two interior pockets.  Made in San Francisco, Calif. USA

A NOTE FROM PETE & TONY

When you own a denim company, there are choices to make. Do we chase the fashion unicorn and fight for space in the stretchy, flash in the pan latest and greatest, or just relax and make things that could have been made 75 years ago that are still important today. After all, this stuff is made of cotton and like it or not, will wear out at some point. Of course, our eye has always been on quality, quality, quality so at the very least, the jeans (or jacket) you get from us will last longer than the average equivalent out there and will look good along the way.

Naturally, we started with the 5 pocket jean, but quickly aspired to make our own classic denim jacket.

    The denim is top quality with a great feel and promising fades coming in. Bought this jacket two years ago, but don't wear it as much as I should. Confident it will last and won't ever need another classic type 3 denim jacket.

    Bulletproof (but not bulky) weight denim, beautifully finished, and a perfect fit. Typically wear L/XL in other brands but went XXL here and it’s perfect (6’3”, 230). Super-fast shipping and outstanding customer service, too.

    I just received this jacket, shipped to UK. It’s great, really good quality and the fit is really good. I’m 6 foot, 175lbs - and took a large size. looking forward to wearing it in!

    Simply the best. Love the quality. I have an M Coverall, but bought an L in this, after asking Tony P. The fit is great - 5'11" with a 6'3" wingspan, so sleeve length is important. 170 lbs. Looking forward to breaking it in.

    The Best Denim Jacket

    I took a risk purchasing this jacket online because I had difficulty finding a denim jacket that fit me well. Thankfully Tellason's customer service was able to help me via email with size recommendations. when I received the jacket and tried it on, I could tell this jacket was meant to be lived in. Not only do I have good arm mobility but the jacket looks fantastic. The denim is very robust and feels like it will last a lifetime.

    This is hands down the absolute best denim jacket I own. Attention to detail is insane. The denim is so heavy that I can stand the jacket up on its own. The fit is spot on. Very similar fit to the big denim brand except there's actually room in the sleeves on this jacket. I can actually move freely in this jacket and get work done. Fits true to size if you're not layering. Size up if you want to layer. Also, Tellason has the best customer service in the industry.
