After losing some weight, I noticed my Ankaras were looking a bit loose on me. I threw on an old pair of Ladbroke Groves I had in a drawer and pow! my ass looked great in them, but I wasn’t digging the tapered look. So I perused the fit guide and decided to give the John Graham Mellors a shot. EXACTLY what I was looking for!

i think/thought my 11oz lightweight grey Blubaughs were the most comfy jeans i’ve ever put on brand new out of box, but the JGM’s are damn close or better! once i can break in this heaviest piece of denim i’ve ever owned/tried, i have a feeling these will be my be new favorites. had to wait to wear them till this last week….too hot for tx! especially if not washing a while! so got pre hemmed, came out perfect, so comfortable, perfect rise, and warm. between the tighter weave to the heavy weight, no breeze comes through or freezes you like junk store jeans, not that it’s been cold but easy to tell already. now to break them in till really comfy. very heavy and stiff but still great to wear right out of box, heavier would be too much for me and tx, but these will be great for our “winter”. great fabric, color, and construction, really dig this cut! want one in a 12.5oz. another perfect pair of jeans (the original cut) from Tony and Pete, and their always top notch customer service! Thx guys!
These 16.5s are heavvyyy. And damn are they perfect. I can’t wait to break these in. The fit is perfect. No sizing up or down on the waist in my opinion. I can see myself getting another pair very soon. Love when. Heavy selvedge breaks in. I highly recommend.

I’ve made a terrible error, I’m hoping my feedback from before hasn’t posted where my review was actually for a different pair of jeans I ordered from a Tellason competitor, my apologies, These John Graham Mellor jeans are hands down the best fitting pair of jeans I’ve bought in recent memory and I’ve tried many of them from the California mills to the Carolinas and others around the world. Trust me, these jeans fit great and are worth every penny. Cheers!
I strayed from wearing jeans for a long time. Because the general product quality throughout the industry has tanked due to the fast fashion conglomerates. But alas! I stumbled upon Tellason while scrolling Insta. I was charmed by the copywriting and storytelling alongside the shorts with Pete doing his spin. A small biz owner myself, I felt an affinity off the bat. I bought the JGMs and found that I won't have to look for jeans anywhere else again. Just got the Ladbroke in black too and damn if I don't feel good. Classic rules. Quality goods boys. Thank you.
These jeans are perfection. They feel like they were personally tailored to you. The quality and design is top notch and a steal at the price. That’s not even including how amazing the service is from Tellason. I’ve owned many pairs of high end Selvedge jeans. Tellason rules them all. Cheers to Pete and Tony!
I’ve never purchase either raw or selvedge jeans before but couldn’t resist when I received the Item of the Week email. The name, weight and history were irresistible. They’re amazing all the details are incredible. The fabric, sewing and hardware quality are unbeatable. The details and SF manufacturing make the make the price well worth it. Love the red tag on inside of right back pocket.
