Ghurka Pant in 8.5 oz cotton herringbone. Tapered leg, button fly, flap front and back pockets. Made in Italy of Italian fabric. Fit Guide
As a young boy with an older sister, I got some hand-me-downs back in the 70's that I was thankful for since we were not exactly loaded. She had good style and a lot of her stuff translated to what I was thinking about as a young lad.
I remember a pair of overalls that came my way and I have a pic or two of me wearing them way beyond them fitting well. I also had this extremely buffed ski jacket by Nils. All I knew was that it was expensive and it did not fit her anymore. I wore that thing everywhere and felt like a million bucks until I could not get my arms through it (it was a pullover).
Times are flipped these days and it is now my sister who gets some of my old vines. Let me wear them out and boom, send what life is left in them down to S. Cal for her to have a go at them.
I have a strong feeling she will dig these new Ghurka pants in olive herringbone once I put them through their paces so Raili, expect a package in a year or two...
If you are familiar with our fatigue pants, these are designed along the same DNA, but this time the Ghurka pant is cut with more room through the top half yet still maintains a good tapered leg from the knee down.
We hope you dig them.
Enjoy and thanks for reading,
p.s. Shout out to Tony's dad Giovanni - if he had the opportunity to try these on, he most definitely would throw out "these have more ballroom than a Marriott Hotel!">
These are great, and I love the front thigh pocket. Super useful design. Beautiful fabric.
