The Blubaugh is easily the best pair of jeans I've ever owned. I bought my first pair two years ago and they're now like an extension of my body. I now own three pairs, all in various states of fade and broken-in-ness. These jeans are the embodiment of classic American style and would not look out of place on Marlon Brando in The Wild One. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail evident in these jeans and every other item I've bought from Tellason isn't the only reason I've been a repeat customer, it's also the little things--like the handwritten "thank you" cards from the founders that come with every article of clothing. And the fact that those "thank you" cards are really more like "grazie" cards, does not go unnoticed by this Italian-American.
Been wearing my 16.5oz Blubaughs for about 8 months now. I have too much denim in my collection, a lot of it Japanese, but the cut of these Blubaughs is spot-on perfect and makes them my favorite. They have softened and molded to my body perfectly. The wider leg opening is perfect for my weekend urban cowboy vibe. The Blubaugh is so good that I also have it in black and 14.75oz selvedge. And as always, unmatched customer service from Tony & Pete.

I received my Tellason jeans recently and I am FLOORED. I have selvedge denim from other highly reputable manufacturers but my new 16.5 oz Blubaughs are the new benchmark… Perfect fit and beautiful in every other way possible. These are amazing jeans. They're high quality and well made, and I look forward to the aging process unfolding as they arrive stiff and sturdy. Compared to major retailers, I believe they are more straight-leg than slim. I'm 60, 5'7", 170 lbs, 32" waist, and have a modest athletic build. The size 32" was perfect for me, and they have already stretched after five wearings. I plan to wear them frequently for a few months before I wash them and have them hemmed. These will not be my last Tellasons but will last a lifetime.
I’m 6ft tall, 165lbs and ordered the size 34 Blubaugh in the 16.5oz denim. I originally ordered the 33 and they were too small though the exchange was easy. Note: measure your favorite fitting jeans across the back of the waist band and multiply by 2 as recommended by Tellason to get your Tellason size). The size 34 fit perfectly and they are not very slim fit actually, which is nice. They come with a really long inseam by default (I imagine 35) so you either cuff them or hem them, which Tellason offers). The quality is unparalleled, these are the best jeans I have ever bought.
